1. Data controller

The data controller is Elohim Revival (French non-profit association, SIRET 993 475 706 00012), 116 rue du Général de Gaulle, 77410 Annet-sur-Marne, France, reachable at contact@elohimrevival.com.

2. Data we collect

• “Get involved” form: name, email address, city, chosen teams and, if you provide them, phone number and message.
• Donations: name, email address, and amount, passed on by Mollie or PayPal. We never receive your banking details.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Audience measurement: the page viewed and the site you came from, with no cookie, no IP address, and no identifier.

3. Why we use it

• To get back to you about getting involved and point you to the right team.
• To manage and keep track of the gifts we receive.
• To send you our upcoming gatherings if you signed up, and to know which pages are useful.

4. Legal basis

The form relies on your consent, given by ticking the dedicated box. The newsletter relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by simply writing to us; the anonymous audience measurement relies on the association's legitimate interest. Donation records rely on the association's accounting obligations.

5. Who receives it

Your data is only seen by the Elohim Revival leaders responsible for replying to you, and by the following technical providers acting on our behalf:

• Netlify: site hosting and form handling (United States, transfers covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
• Mollie: card donation processing.
• PayPal: donation processing.

We never sell or hand over your data to third parties.

6. How long we keep it

Form data is kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Donation records are kept for as long as accounting rules require.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@elohimrevival.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
